On the first floor, the house comprises a living room, a dining area with sea view and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, small dishwasher, microwave, crockery and cooking utensils...), a toilet and an attached garage with washing machine.

Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with a panoramic sea view, each equipped with closets and a 140cm bed. Small bathroom and WC in the same room.

There's also a picnic table on the terrace and a barbecue.

A small path in front of the house leads directly to the Broënnou cove and Toul-an-Dour beach. You'll be 2 kms from the village center and its shops (bakeries, butcher's and delicatessen, mini-market, pharmacy...) and 3 kms from the Aber-Wrach harbor with its nautical base, bars and restaurants.
