Leskelen feudal mound

Erected in the 10th century, this motte was topped by a wooden keep in the 11th century. This was replaced by a stone tower in the 12th century. An underground room served as a cellar and toilet. Around the 14th century, the lord preferred the lower courtyard to his keep.
