Sant-Drien church
Why take advantage?
The present church was built on the site of the former church, which had become too dilapidated. It was completed in 1849 and inaugurated in September of that year. The bell tower bears a plaque dated 1844, commemorating its reconstruction.
Inside the church, statues represent the parish's two patron saints: Sant Drien and Itron Varia an Drennec, Notre Dame du Roncier. The elaborate altarpieces of the former church have been preserved.
The enclosure still contains the cemetery, with its war memorial. The calvary, facing the setting sun according to Celtic tradition, was erected in 1884 in memory of a mission.
