Kersaint-Plabennec parish church

Why take advantage?

Dedicated to St. Etienne, the parish church dates back to the 17th century. It was renovated in 1751, as evidenced by the date 1751, inscribed above the north side door.

Inside are statues of Saint Etienne and, opposite, Saint Jean l'Evangéliste with his eagle. These statues, along with that of Notre Dame de Lesquelen, date from the early 18th century. Those of the twelve apostles adorn the small porch, itself surmounted by an exterior niche housing a Kersanton statue of Saint Etienne.
