Hike along the GR34 along the Aber Benoit and return via inland paths.
Discover the Aber Benoit, a bird sanctuary, the Manoir de Tréglonou kiosk, and the fisherman's house at the end of the route.
You'll be staying in Aber Benoit for around 5 kms on the GR 34.
Its name derives from a mistranslation of the Breton "aber-beniguet", meaning "blessed aber". It runs for 31 km. The tide flows up the Aber Be-noît for around 10 km to the Tariec mill. At the beginning of the 20th century, there were over a hundred mills along its banks. Oyster-farming is a thriving industry here, and the belon des Abers is well known for its oysters.
This neo-Gothic kiosk allows you to observe the Aber from different angles.
This kiosk is part of the Manoir de Trouzilit estate, which overlooks the Aber Benoit and offers numerous services (bed and breakfast, gîte, crêperie, equestrian center and mini-golf).
