Logement classé 3 étoiles avec une superficie d’environ 45 m² au sol et situé dans un jardin arboré de 2300 m² avec parking privatif . Accolé au bâtiment principal (maison de type traditionnel breton construite en 1983) en formant une aile indépendante donnant sur une terrasse, dont une partie orientée au sud est privative avec le salon de jardin (parasol, table, chaises, barbecue). Une séparation constituée de plantes et d'arbustes apporte l'intimité nécessaire pour profiter du jardin.
La propriété est située au bout d'une impasse à environ 70 m de la rue, à l'abri du bruit de la circulation.

The interior comprises a room lit by 2 bay windows overlooking the south-facing garden
. The integrated kitchen area includes a refrigerator, two
gas hobs, an electric oven, a microwave, cupboards for storing crockery, cutlery, etc.
The shower room with toilet, washbasin and shower is lit and ventilated by a north-facing window.
The lounge area is equipped with a sofa and armchair, as well as a 90 cm single bed. A
piece of furniture supports a color TV, a coffee table and a library corner with magazines,
IGN maps of the region, board games...
A wooden spiral staircase leads from the lounge area to the mezzanine, which is lit by a Velux window. A 140 cm double bed forms the main sleeping area.

Wifi internet access is available in the accommodation.

The tenant can also use the basement of the main house to store
any accessories, bicycles, luggage, etc. The washing machine and dryer of the
house are available for rental, as is an independent freezer (in addition to the
refrigerator integrated into the rental kitchen area).

The sea is 500 m away and the village center the same distance. The center of Landéda, around its
church, boasts a Utile supermarket, a butcher's and delicatessen, two bakeries, a bar
tabac, a chemist's, a hairdresser's, a store selling regional specialties, a pizzeria, a
laundrette, a post office, a cash dispenser and more. Other complementary shops are
accessible from the port of Aber Wrac'h, 2 km away, including the maritime cooperative, various restaurants and
crêperies, artists' stores, as well as a seawater fish tank.
For larger purchases, a Leclerc supermarket as well as many other large
stores (Weldom, Point Vert...), garages, banks and restaurants are available in Lannilis, 5 km away.

Various nautical activities, such as the sailing center, as well as paddle and kayak rentals and
bike rentals, are available for the more sporty on the Aber Wrach harbor.
Sea outings and fishing trips (or in the aber) are available from the harbor.

The area is bordered by two abers (inlets), the Aber Wrac'h and Aber Benoit, providing access to
numerous coves and sandy beaches, making the most of the seascapes to the north,
west and south. The 15 km coastline is lined with a coastal path (GR 34) and numerous loops
pedestrian and cyclist, discovering breathtakingly beautiful landscapes at the extreme western tip. The
bord des Abers takes you into a world of wild birds and lush green landscapes at
, sheltered by vegetation that changes with the seasons.

Visits to the islands of Ouessant and Molène are just a 30-minute drive away (Lannildut or Le
Conquet). The maritime city of Brest is also 30 minutes away.
