Tradition and modernity, this gîte is classified 3 épis by "Gîtes de France" and is located in a farmhouse of 3 gîtes, not overlooked! It is fully equipped to the highest standards (fitted kitchen, LV, LL, SL, microwave, TV). Large, bright rooms are at your disposal:
on the ground floor: living room with kitchen, dining room, sitting room and wood-burning stove to warm up by the fire! a large bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) or 1 double bed (180 x 200) (comforters supplied according to your choice) and a large private shower room (all accessible for reduced mobility)
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 190) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200) (also convertible to 1 double bed (180 x 200) with comforters supplied).
You'll love the garden with its lounge, barbecue, sun loungers ... and views over the countryside. You can choose the morning or evening terrace, depending on the amount of sunshine. Nearby, a large driveway and a small wood with atypical rocks for games and relaxation (swing for children, volleyball court, soccer pitch...)
The success of this gîte: it's ideal for vacations with friends, couples and families or for business stays: with its 3 bedrooms and their private shower rooms.
On request, we provide the minimum accessories for babies: folding bed, high chair, safety gate, bathtub, changing mat.
Bed linen and towels are provided during your stay (included in our rates): you'll find your beds made up on arrival!
We provide wood for the stove in winter.
Free WIFI in the gîte.

A plus: the large covered courtyard and its games room: ping-pong; darts... (available for our 3 gîtes)

In the gîte, you'll find all you need to know about the region: local entertainment programs, places of interest, tourist offices, restaurants, maps of the region, tide tables, departure times for the islands of Ouessant, Molène and Batz...
For hiking holidays, we provide: ideas for circuits, maps of nearby walks, IGN maps and topo guides, a common meeting room for the 3 gîtes.
